Kyle installed my heat pump a while back. It was a fast and efficient installation. I’ve never had an issue and he is quick to respond to inquiries I’ve had. I’ve recommended him friends and he installed a unit in my office for my employer. I highly recommend Adept Energy.

I have been using Kyle for all my electrical needs for the past two years. He wired my 20 by 20 garage, installed a heat pump and a Generlink, very fast and efficient. Kyle is very quick to respond to any questions or supplies I may need. He is very professional and very easy to work with, always willing to go that extra mile. I highly recommend him and Adept Energy for all your electrical needs. I give this company a 5 star all the way.

Adept Energy is one-of-a-kind company that is sure to meet all your electrical needs. Kyle wired my house, installed the Gen-Link system and four heat pumps. Kyle really knows his stuff. The installer showed up prepared to do the job. No slack time with this company. What really impressed me was the inspector showed up to check thing out and gave a raving review. I would highly recommend Adept Energy for all your electrical needs. I give this company 5 STARS!

In 2019, Kyle installed my heat pumps. Very thorough and the service I received was extraordinary! I had a failure on one unit which was repaired under warranty with no issues in 2020. I just had another repair (different part), and Lee came to service this unit, under warranty. He was also excellent and extraordinary! The labor invoice was delivered professionally with several easy options to pay, and a receipt was provided promptly. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable, professional, and just all round great. I highly recommend this company.

Woke up to a leaking heat pump this morning, I reached out to Lee, and he was here in less than 30 minutes!! I couldn’t believe it! He came, checked everything and cleaned it and made some great suggestion for how we can keep it clean and mold free. We asked about having another heat pump installed in our bedroom and he was great at explaining what the best/most cost-effective way for would be do it. He was very efficient, kind and understanding. Incredible customer service! Highly recommend! We look forward to having him back in a year! Thanks, Adept Energy for coming to the rescue!

Kyle is very prompt and professional. Kyle went above and beyond when he wired our garage. Very knowledgeable and will make sure you're happy. He also installed my Generlink for house and has been back on other occasions to address other electrical issues such as stove and has helped with our hot tub. Always answers and is willing to lend a helping hand. Top notch in my books.

Emergency Repair due to Hurricane Fiona. Excellent communication, with lack of cell service we were able to text the details and pictures. Kyle kept in touch, checking in and was able to fit us in with followed up after the work was done. Very professional, personable, and efficient.
