Lee Gilchrist

Lee is a Red Seal Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic with over 21 years of industry experience spanning the industrial, commercial, and residential sectors. Since 2009, he has specialized in residential heat pump systems, earning factory training and certifications from all major heat pump manufacturers.
Lee is highly skilled in the installation and maintenance of central air heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, heat recovery ventilation (HRV) systems, and rooftop package units. He also holds HRAI certification, enabling him to perform professional heat-loss calculations and properly balance systems for optimal efficiency and comfort.
A true “people person,” Lee’s passion has always been rooted in customer satisfaction. He takes great pride in his work, bringing honesty, dedication, and attention to detail to every project. His personable nature and commitment to doing the job right have earned him a reputation for excellence.
In pursuit of delivering even greater value to homeowners, Lee partnered with long-time friend Kyle to co-found Adept Energy Ltd. Their shared mission: to provide high-quality, trustworthy HVAC and electrical solutions that give clients the comfort and confidence they deserve.

Kyle Crawford 

Kyle is a certified Red Seal Electrician with industry experience dating back to 2006. In 2018, he began an apprenticeship in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, which he continues to pursue with the goal of earning his Red Seal certification in the near future.
Throughout his career, Kyle has gained valuable experience working across industrial, commercial, and residential sectors. In January 2021, he transitioned to self-employment, quickly establishing a strong reputation in the residential market. Known for his timely work, responsiveness, and commitment to quality, Kyle’s customers consistently refer him to their friends and family.
Praised for his honest advice and dedication to “quality over quantity,” Kyle focuses on delivering lasting value in every project. His expertise includes wiring for new homes and garages, panel upgrades, electrical renovations, and HVAC services. Examples of his work can be found in our “Gallery.”
Kyle and Lee, long-time friends and trusted collaborators, have supported each other throughout their careers. In early 2022, they combined their skills and experience to create Adept Energy, offering clients a seamless, comprehensive service for electrical and heat pump needs.
