Lee Gilchrist

Lee is a Red Seal Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic and has been in the industry for 21 years. During the course of his successful career, Lee has provided services in industrial, commercial, and residential sectors. In 2009, Lee began working in the residential heat pump industry. He worked diligently and received factory training on all major brands of heat pumps. Lee is certified and experienced in the installation and maintenance of central air heat pumps, ductless heat pumps, heat recovery ventilation units, roof-top package units, and is HRAI certified - which means he is certified to provide heat-loss calculations for his customers' homes, and balance the system accordingly. A “people-person” by nature, Lee is driven by his customers' happiness with his work. His passion has always been customer-focused. As such, he takes extreme pride in his work, and will bring the utmost honesty and dedication to your project. Lee partnered with his long-time friend, Kyle, and together they founded Adept Energy Ltd. for these reasons, and he looks forward to being able to provide homeowners with the confidence and comfort that they deserve.

Kyle Crawford 

Kyle is a certified Red Seal Electrician, and has been in the industry since 2008. In 2018, Kyle commenced his apprenticeship in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. He continues to pursue this apprenticeship, and will obtain Red Seal certification in the near future. During his career, Kyle has spent time working in industrial, commercial, and residential settings. In January 2021, Kyle made the choice to become self-employed, which brought him much success in the residential industry. His customers have continuously referred him to friends and family for electrical services, as his work is completed timely, he is responsive, and is known for providing top quality service. Kyle has been complemented by many former customers for his honest advice, and believes in “quality over quantity”. Some examples of his work are posted in our “Gallery”. The majority of the services that Kyle has been providing since then includes, wiring newly constructed homes and garages, panel upgrades, electrical home renovations, and providing HVAC services. Kyle and Lee are long-time friends, and have relied on each other throughout the course of their careers. In early 2022, Kyle and Lee decided to put their skills together and offer a stream-lined service to their customers, and founded Adept Energy. ​
